1. When do commissions payout?
Commissions are paid on the 25th of each month. However, you can request payment at anytime you show earnings in your Back Office. So you could effectively get paid WHENEVER YOU WANT!!!

2. How do your pay commissions?
We can pay you your commissions using any of our accepted payment methods. However, we prefer to use Alertpay. Using any other method may result in delays as most of our payments come via Alertpay. We may have to transfer funds to pay you in any other method than Alertpay.

3. Can FREE Members earn money?
Yes, you can begin sponsoring people right now and the money will show up in your Back Office.

You may use this money at any time to upgrade to any level.

However, you MUST upgrade before the 25th of the month.

With LeadPak, you can begin with no out of pocket expense & end up making thousands!

4. Can I pay my monthly payment using my commissions? or even pay my account ahead?
Yes, you can use any commissions showing in your Back Office to pay your monthly payment. To pay your account ahead, simply make 1-month's payment at a time until you are paid ahead to where you want to be.

5. What payment methods does LeadPak accept?
Alertpay, SolidTrustPay, Liberty Reserve, StrictPay & money in your back office.

Alertpay is preferred as you may pay using your Credit Card or Alertpay balance.

However, you may also pay with credit card using SolidTrustPay.

6. Is this an automatic monthly subscription?
NO! You pay month-to-month but only if we EARN your business!

We aren't going to automatically reach into your wallet each month.
This is offensive to us. If we do our job, you are NOT going let your membership go unpaid!

If you don't pay, you revert to FREE Member status & get no commissions (except to upgrade with)!

7. Do I get my leads immediately after I sign-up?
One word - YES!

Free gets 100 leads, Basic get 1,000 leads per month, Gold gets 5,000 leads per month & Platinum gets 20,000 leads per month.

8. Do I get my LeadPak Autoresponder/Emailer immediately after I sign-up?
No, we set each on up for you specially. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your LeadPak Autoresponder/Emailer to be set-up.

9. Is my login to the LeadPak Autoresponder/Emailer the same as my LeadPak Back Office login?
No, you will be sent a DIFFERENT LOGIN to the LeadPak Autoresponder/Emailer.

If you, do NOT receive it, please go to "My Autoresponder" in your Back Office and click on"Forgot your login details" . You must enter the SAME email address that you signed-up with into LeadPak.

10. How do I login to the LeadPak Autoresponder/Emailer?
You must login to your Back Office. Click on "My Autoresponder" and login with you separate autoresponder login. NOTE: Your autoresponder login is DIFFERENT than you LeadPak Back Office login.

11. Do FREE Members get a LeadPak Autoresponder/Emailer?
No, only Basic, Gold or Platinum members get to use the LeadPak Autoresponder/Emailer.

13. Does EVERYONE get the SAME leads?
NO! Everyone gets DIFFERENT leads each month!

14. How do I set-up my LeadPak Autoresponder/Emailer?
Onced you receive your SEPARATE login details, go to your Back Office and click on "My Autoresponder" then login to you autoresponder. Then Click on "New Autoresponder" (in upper right hand corner of screen). Then set up your autoresponder. NEXT you can import your leads.

15. How do I download my monthly leads?
Simply login to your Back Office, click on "My Leads" then click on "Download Pack 1", then click on "SAVE" to save to your hard drive.
Then find it on your hard drive and double-click on the zip file. Extract your lead file to wherever you want on your hard drive. Use a program like MS Excel to view them.

16. How do I import my monthly leads into the autoresponder?
Login to your autoresponder. Then click on "Subscribers". Then click on "Import from file". then follow prompts.

17. Can I import more than JUST my monthly leads into the autoresponder?
Ssssshhhhhhhh....... Yes! that's the BIG secret that's not really secret anymore!

18. Can I withdraw commissions BEFORE the 25th?
Yes! You may request your commissions ANYTIME! But just know that we do one big payout of everyones commissions on the 25th of each month!
